The role requires collaboration with various teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Qualifications and Skills • Salesforce CRM expertise with a track record of utilizing CRM systems to enhance sales processes (Mandatory skill). • Proven experience in lead generation and converting leads into fruitful business deals (Mandatory skill). • Experience as a Business Development Manager with a focus on Salesforce Products (Mandatory skill). • Understanding and application of Salesforce Sales Cloud for managing sales operations efficiently. • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud for delivering exceptional customer service solutions. • Strong account management skills to maintain and grow existing client relationships. • Capability to develop effective sales strategies tailored to meet company goals and client expectations. • Experience with Salesforce AppExchange for leveraging applications that enhance Salesforce functionality. • Ability to manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Roles and Responsibilities • Develop and execute business development strategies to promote Salesforce products and solutions. • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines through lead generation. • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create and present Salesforce solutions to clients. • Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Provide expert consultation regarding Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud applications. • Conduct market research to understand trends and opportunities in Salesforce products. • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand industry connections. • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
