Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and pursue business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research. Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with client goals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and other key metrics. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
