Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the RCM domain (Medical Billing, Coding, Denial Management, AR Follow-up, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and medical billing companies in the US. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Work on lead generation, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn networking to reach out to decision-makers. Present UCGSs RCM solutions to prospective clients and effectively communicate value propositions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Stay updated with US healthcare regulations and RCM industry changes. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development with a focus on RCM/Medical Billing. Strong understanding of RCM processes including Medical Billing, Coding, AR, and Denial Management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads and convert them into business. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
