As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and drive strategic partnerships.This role is ideal for professionals with a strong track record in IT product sales—even outside the cybersecurity space—as long as they bring OEM or IT startup experience. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pursue, and convert enterprise sales opportunities in line with strategic growth targets.Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.Collaborate with internal technical teams and OEM partners for impactful product demos.Engage and influence C-level executives like CTOs, CIOs, and CISOs.Promote a comprehensive cybersecurity platform that includes:Next-Gen FirewallSecure Web GatewayVPN & Endpoint SecurityBandwidth & Network Access ManagementWi-Fi Hotspot GatewayStay updated with market trends and customer challenges to tailor solution positioning.Attend and represent the brand at networking events, conferences, and forums.Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting. Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience: 7–12 years in B2B IT product sales, preferably in cybersecurity, enterprise software, networking, or SaaS.Preferred Background:Must be from OEMs or early-stage tech / IT product startups.Strong consultative sales skills with a proven ability to close mid to large-ticket deals.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.Strategic thinker with the agility to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Demonstrated experience handling long sales cycles and influencing multiple decision-makers.
