Business Development Manager IT Consulting & Blockchain Solutions Designation: Business Development Manager IT Consulting and Blockchain Location: Gurguram and Kolkata Experience: 7+ Years Industry: IT Consulting / Software Development / Blockchain Solutions Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Win domestic and international projects , leveraging Vara Technologys expertise, including: ODC partnership with clients from USA Blockchain projects and ODC from clients in USA and TATA Group Products like CertCheck, Track & Trace, e-KYC The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in acquiring large-scale projects , developing strategic partnerships, and establishing new ODCs for global clients . Key Role & Responsibilities: Expanding ODCs & Strategic Partnerships Identify and establish new Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) for international clients in the Blockchain and IT Consulting domain. Develop partnerships with global enterprises, tech startups, and government agencies looking to outsource IT services. Position Vara Technology as a trusted ODC partner , ensuring long-term client relationships. Winning IT Consulting & Software Development Projects Identify and win large-scale IT Consulting and Software Development projects in domestic and international markets . Lead RFP/ RFQ responses, bid management, and strategic deal closures . Promote custom software solutions, enterprise IT services, and blockchain products to potential clients. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment of service offerings with market demand. Driving Sales & Business Growth Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets in North America, Europe, APAC, and India . Manage the entire sales cycle , from lead generation to contract negotiation and project onboarding. Expand existing accounts by cross-selling and upselling services. Market Intelligence & Networking Stay ahead of emerging IT consulting and blockchain trends to position Vara Technology as a market leader. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and generate leads. Build and maintain CXO-level relationships with decision-makers in target industries. Desired Qualifications & Experience: B.Tech/ MCA with 7+ years of experience in IT Consulting, Software Sales, ODC Expansion, or Business Development in Software Industry . Strong network in enterprises, government, and technology-driven businesses . Proven track record in winning high-value IT Consulting, Software Development, or Blockchain projects . Experience in building and managing ODC partnerships for international clients. Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and strategic sales skills .
