This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: Delhi JobType: full-time We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth, forging new client relationships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in business development, a strong understanding of sales processes, and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential clients, new markets, and growth opportunities to expand the company's footprint. Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive repeat business and referrals. Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the leadership and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with overall company goals. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, attending events, and leveraging digital tools. Manage and update CRM systems to track progress and measure performance. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close high-value deals effectively. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify risks and opportunities. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships. Proven ability to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Solid understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics. Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work independently. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
