The Business Development Manager will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for design, and a keen interest in achieving a position in sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their design requirements. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients. Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and update the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with the Sales Manager to align sales activities with overall business objectives. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create impactful sales materials and campaigns. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and client feedback. Customer Service: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service. Gather client feedback to improve service delivery and client experience. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Vision to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
