Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the manufacturing sector. Identify and acquire new business opportunities, including domestic and export markets. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to align solutions with customer needs. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans to senior management. Requirements: Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years in business development within the manufacturing domain. Proven expertise in export business, including global market expansion strategies.
