Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth. Manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery. Identify potential customers' needs by conducting site visits, presentations, and demonstrations of products/services. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales or institutional sales. Excellent presentation skills for effective client meetings; ability to build strong relationships with clients. Must be comfortable presenting to senior management, clients, and stakeholders. candidate should have own conveyance for efficient travel and client visits Able to build and nurture a broad professional network that adds value to the organization and fosters new business opportunities
