Job Description

Market research to identify opportunities in the government sector for park development, and beautification projects. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic planning. Maintain strong relationships with key government officials, agencies, and decision-makers. Attend government and industry events to network and promote the company's services. Stay updated on government policies, initiatives, and budget allocations relevant to the industry. Present company to get new contracts and partnerships with government entities. Follow-ups for proposals, Agreements, and bids for government tenders related to park development. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with government agencies to secure favorable agreements. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the government sector, like the initiatives taken with regard to waste management like SBM and various schemes. A working knowledge of govt sector and the tender and bid process will be an added advantage. Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, and proposals.Role & responsibilities
