Join our fast-growing team in the non-woven fabric manufacturing industry and help expand our reach through strategic inside sales efforts. This is an office-based role with a focus on lead generation, client engagement, and sales closure Key Responsibilities Generate leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable non-woven fabric solutions. Prepare and share quotations; follow up to close sales. Manage and update client information in CRM. Support field sales team and schedule client appointments. Maintain regular communication with clients for repeat business. Create and maintain sales reports Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field. 2+ years of inside sales or tele-sales experience, preferably in B2B Product Sales Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Languages preferred: English, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and Tamil. Energetic, self-driven, and target oriented. Renumeration: Rs 3.5 LPA 5 LPA depending upon experience and work efficiency.
