We are hiring "Business Development Manager (US IT Staffing)" for our Noida office (Work from Office). US IT Staffing - Business Development Manager/Executive - Tier1/Prime Vendors / MSPs Responsibilities: * Responsible for getting New LEADS/ Requirements. * Generate requirement from new clients and existing clients thru cold calling. * Understand the requirement and client need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, location preference from available pool of resources. * Negotiate the rates with clients & candidates (if required) * Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the clients, which is required for making an end client submission. * Follow up with clients on the progress of the submittals made. * Orient the candidate on interview process & closure. Skills Required: * Min. 2 year of Sales / BD Experience in US IT Staffing Industry * Ability to work independently & multi task in fast paced environment. * Thorough understanding of MSP / Tier-1/ Prime Vendor Sales Process * Should have active clients at Tier-1/ Prime Vendor level * Good command on full life Sales / Recruitment Cycle in US Staffing * Proven Track record in US IT Staffing Industry Key points about the role are: a) Job Type: Onsite (Noida Sector 63) b) Shift: Night shift (6:30PM IST - 3:30AM IST) c) 5 days working, Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off d) Must have good English communication skills e) Meal is provided by Office f) Both side cab facility provided only to female-employees in Ghaziabad and Noida Experience: 2+ years relevant experience Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
