Responsibilities: *Market Research and Opportunity Identification:* * Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, projects, and market trends within the precast concrete industry. Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to gain a competitive advantage. * Identify and evaluate new product applications and market segments for precast solutions. *Lead Generation and Business Development:* * Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research. Qualify leads and develop a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. *Relationship Building and Management:* * Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and other key decision-makers in the construction industry. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and addressing their needs effectively. * Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build connections and promote the company's precast products.
