Loan Against Property (LAP) Executive Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience) + Attractive Incentives Take Home Salary: Up to 20,000 (Depending on Interview) Job Location: Jaipur Working Hours: 9 Hours Shift: General Interview Mode: Face to Face Job Description We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Loan Against Property (LAP) Executive to join our team in Jaipur . The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service, with experience in secured loan products such as LAP or home loans. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through field visits, references, and tele-calling for Loan Against Property Meet clients to understand their financial needs and loan eligibility Assess property documents and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement Guide customers regarding interest rates, EMI, tenure, and documentation Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and banks for smooth processing Achieve monthly targets and maintain strong customer relationships Prepare and maintain MIS reports and daily activity logs Candidate Requirements Experience: 6 months to 3 years in LAP, home loan, or secured loan sales Education: Graduation preferred Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Local area knowledge of Jaipur is a must Must have a two-wheeler and a smartphone Comfortable with field work and client visits Perks & Benefits Fixed salary with attractive incentives Career growth opportunities in the BFSI sector On-the-job learning and exposure to loan processing with leading banks/NBFCs Contact - Mohit.kumar@aasaanjobs.com Mohit Kumar - 9716163252
