Role & responsibilities Responsible for ensuring achievement of Lead Generation, Appointment setting and follow ups with the Prospect and the Front-end team to achieve sales target through new Clients. Managing a list of prospect accounts and keep adding more to the list Setting up meetings/appointments with the Key Decision makers in large organisations using Cold Calling, LinkedIn connects and Email campaigns Generating leads using different methods on Mid/Small size organisations for self-closures and ensure calling on the new customers to understand the requirements. Minimum 40 prospects to be reached daily through the calling CRM. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and overall yearly targets. Having complete product knowledge to ensure demos on key portals and tools used for business closure Managing end to end sales cycle from prospecting, understanding customer requirements, pitching, negotiating, closing and onboarding if required. Agreement vetting and negotiation on Pricing and Contracts with clients if required. Cloud Sales, Software Sales, B2B Sales, Solution Sales, CRM sales, SAAS Based products Minimum 3 - 8 years of Inside sales Lead Generation/Client Acquisition Experience, preferably in a Call centre/BPO Has worked in a company that sells services in a B2B set up Has handled clients from different sectors
