Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in the US market using various tools and techniques, including social media, industry events, and referrals. Cold Calling: Reach out to prospects via phone and email to introduce our IT solutions and schedule meetings for the sales team. Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and potential for conversion into sales. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights about market trends and customer needs. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate the value of our solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. Knowledge of IT solutions and trends is a plus.
