Job Title: Business Development Representative Location: Remote ( Preferred candidates from Kerala ) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 INR/month Work Hours: From 6:30 PM IST onwards Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growth efforts. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills , solid experience with Apollo.io , and strong proficiency in Google Workspace tools . This is a remote position , with a preference for candidates based in Kerala. Key Responsibilities: Use Apollo.io for prospecting and managing outbound lead generation Create and send personalized outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms Qualify leads and schedule appointments or discovery calls for the sales team Maintain organized lead records and update CRM systems Collaborate with the team to track and analyze outreach performance Prepare and maintain reports using Google Sheets and coordinate via Google Workspace tools Communicate clearly and professionally with leads and internal stakeholders Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or lead generation role Hands-on experience with Apollo.io is mandatory Strong command of English (written and verbal) Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) Organized, self-driven, and able to manage outbound workflows independently Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely in a professional environment Preferred: Candidates based in Kerala Experience working with international clients and outbound campaigns Show more Show less
