As part of our growth, we’re looking for dynamic and articulate professionals to join our Business Development team . This is not your typical telecalling job—it’s a consultative role that involves meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and guide them toward the right services. Role Overview You’ll be the first voice of CapEasy for interested and semi-interested leads who have reached out to us through various channels. Your goal will be to establish trust, assess business needs, and convert these leads into active clients across our service portfolio. Roles & Responsibilities Lead Engagement & Qualification Reach out to inbound leads generated via forms, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, or events Initiate meaningful, consultative conversations to understand the prospect's business stage, pain points, and goals Qualify leads based on internal criteria to assess conversion potential Needs Assessment & Pitching Map client problems to CapEasy’s service offerings across company registration, funding support, strategic consulting, and IT solutions Confidently pitch relevant services with a focus on value creation rather than transactional selling Share brochures, case studies, and proposals as needed; answer follow-up questions and handle objections professionally Sales Closure & Coordination Follow up with semi-interested leads through structured, personalized communication Schedule consultations with senior team members when required Maintain and update lead status regularly; work towards clear monthly closure targets Coordinate with the operations/compliance team to ensure a smooth post-sale onboarding experience CRM & Reporting Maintain detailed records of all conversations, follow-up dates, and deal stages in CRM or designated tools Prepare and share weekly dashboards with status of leads, closures, and cold/warm pipelines Track KPIs like conversion ratio, response time, and follow-up effectiveness Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop Capture insights from client interactions to help refine service positioning and messaging Proactively share patterns in client objections, pricing concerns, or competitive mentions Participate in weekly reviews to align with team goals and share learnings Process Improvement & Upskilling Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to test new outreach methods Suggest improvements to the sales script, pitch decks, and onboarding flow Continuously learn about new schemes, business structures, or compliance trends to offer up-to-date advice to prospects What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and listening skills (English & Hindi/Gujarati) Confidence to engage CXOs, founders, and startup teams Prior experience in B2B calling, business development, or client servicing is a plus Ability to manage multiple conversations and keep pipelines moving A growth mindset and willingness to learn about compliance, funding, and startup consulting Perks & Benefits Provident Fund (PF) Gratuity Health Insurance 2 Saturdays off every month Exposure to top-tier startup and SME clients Rapid career growth in a knowledge-first environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Experience: Business Development: 1 year (Required) Telemarketing: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 31/05/2025
