Sales Executive – DG Sets (Kolkata) Industry : Power / Genset Department : Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Category: Retail & B2C Sales CTC: ₹1.5 LPA – ₹2.2 LPA + Attractive Incentives & Indirect Benefits Roles & Responsibilities: Drive DG Set sales within the assigned North Bengal territory. Identify and convert new business opportunities for DG Sets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the branch. Actively generate new leads and follow up on existing ones for timely closure. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to maximize enquiry conversion. Conduct regular customer visits to ensure continued business engagement. Provide timely market feedback and support branch-level growth initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile: Soft-spoken with strong verbal and written communication skills. Good listener, quick learner, and adaptable in a team environment. Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools). Target-driven with a self-motivated attitude and strong work ethic. Must own a bike and be willing to travel extensively across North Bengal. Local candidates preferred. Preferred Industry Experience: Genset, Lift, Cement, Cables, Iron & Steel, or other B2B industrial sales. Educational Qualifications: Diploma (Electrical) or any Graduate.
