Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Gurgaon. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, and assisting with leasing agreements. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and trend identification. Excellent Communication skills for interactions with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research techniques. Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
