Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Specialist with a strong background in market research outsourcing to drive lead generation, sales, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.) Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients in the market research outsourcing domain Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to refine business strategies Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with potential clients Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in business development within the market research industry Strong expertise in lead generation & client acquisition Proven ability to sell market research outsourcing solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
