Job Title: Business Development Location: Bhubaneswar/ Bangalore. Experience: 6+ years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with over 6 years of expertise in demand generation, business development, and sales operations, specifically targeting the USA market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with new customers, understanding their critical business challenges, and proposing tailored solutions to help them achieve their business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and business challenges. - Needs Analysis: Demonstrate an understanding of customers' critical business issues and effectively propose solutions that align with their objectives. - Strategic Collaboration: Formulate Account & Sales strategies in collaboration with the Pre-sales Team and Service Line Heads to drive customer engagement and sales. - Target Achievement: Consistently meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly target commitments as defined in agreements with the Sales Leadership team. - Service Line Covering: Focus primarily on QA services and other areas including Software Product Development & Engineering Services, Enterprise Dashboards, BI & Analytics, Microsoft Stack, and Solutions & Services. - Technology Awareness: Maintain a minimum exposure to new disruptive technologies such as IoT, AI, and Blockchain to stay informed and relevant in discussions with prospects. - Industry Specialization: Demonstrate expertise in one or more industry verticals including Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Hi-Tech. - Sales Pipeline Management: Support sales and marketing plans by tracking the progression of leads through the sales pipeline to ensure timely closure. - Sales Audit Creation: Regularly create audit sales pipelines to assess the current state of prospects and sales activities. - Reporting: Publish periodic reports with analysis and actionable insights to management regarding sales performance and lead progression. - Campaign Execution: Support and execute various social media, online and offline sales campaigns to generate demand and enhance brand visibility. Key Skills: - Strong experience in demand generation, business development, and sales operations targeting the USA market. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster customer loyalty and engagement. - Proficiency in formulating and executing sales strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of various industry sectors, particularly Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Hi-Tech. - Familiarity with disruptive technologies such as IoT, AI, and Blockchain. - Strong analytical skills to track leads and report on sales performance effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven track record of success in business development roles with a focus on customer acquisition and sales growth.
