Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and lead our Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) and Business Development Executives (BDE) team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in handling outbound sales teams , driving revenue, and ensuring high performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate a team of ISRs and BDEs to achieve sales targets. Monitor outbound call performance, conversion rates, and team productivity . Develop and implement strategies to enhance lead generation and sales closures . Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations . Ensure team members follow sales scripts, objection handling techniques, and best practices. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies. Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve performance. Handle escalations and customer queries effectively. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in handling an outbound call center or sales team. Proven experience in leading Inside Sales or Business Development teams . Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, CRM tools, and lead management . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills . Ability to drive a target-oriented team and improve sales performance. Strong analytical and reporting skills to track team metrics. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B/B2C sales, IT/software sales, or service-based industries . Knowledge of cold calling, lead qualification, and sales funnel management . Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment .
