Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handling tender documentation, including preparation, submission, and follow-up. Searching for new tenders and analyzing eligibility criteria. Coordinating with internal departments for document collection and tender processing. Preparing price bids, technical documents, and other required paperwork. Ensuring timely submission of tenders and tracking their status. Communicating with clients and government agencies regarding tender requirements. Maintaining records of tenders, agreements, and related documents Preferred candidate profile Manage and lead the tendering team to ensure timely and accurate submissions of tenders. Managing Business Development & Tendering of government construction business Identification of Tender and Business Development activities Tender planning, Costing, and Estimation. Study of bidding trends in various government sectors Study of tender documents & summaries of important clauses having a techno-commercial impact while quoting Ensure proper site visits, and attend pre-bid meetings. Ensuring receipt of all necessary data/information in time from related sources while quoting Assessment of risk and finalization of cost proposal for each bid Maintaining quality & accuracy in preparation of tenders Value Engineering and Cost Controlling of Awarded projects In collaboration with other members of the project management team: identify, develop, implement, and maintain regulations, processes, methodologies and systems for the effective management of construction projects. Develop and maintain project plans. Implement approved project plans (including the definition of milestones) within tolerances set by the Project Steering Committee Provide advice and guidance on program and project management activities in accordance with service agreements and project documents. Regularly review the status of the project, and evaluation of performance criteria (scope, cost, timing, and quality).
