The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships across the North American market. Key Responsibilities : Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the US IT staffing or solutions market. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to present tailored solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and RFPs. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and the IT staffing/solutions landscape. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline and track progress.
