Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for demand generation of all Aurolab Therapeutic pharma products from the list of customers assigned and the region allocated. This shall be achieved through regular visits, maintaining good rapport, Display good knowledge of procedure and product. 2. Responsible to meet the growth targets as assigned by the organisation 3. Implementing the sales process completely without deviation 4. Liase with distributors to ensure smooth supply chain and product availability all across his region 5. Implementation of product strategies / activities without any deviation to ensure desired results 6. Collect competitor information and happenings and pass it on to Area sales manager 7. Collect product feedbacks and areas of improvements to outstand competition 8. Maintain a doctor call average of 7 per day and chemist call average of 10 per day and having 80% of doctor coverage every month 9. Maintain doctor call list and update customer database in regular intervals 10. Maintain customer vs product target lists for new products and premium products 11. Be always presentable and in formal attire as directed by the organisation 12. Ensure being updated with technical knowledge 13. Ethical promotion and strict adherence to culture of organisation is of prime importance 14. Any commitment to customer can be given only with approval from line manager. 15. Submission of monthly tour / coverage plan, daily call report ( DCR) on a daily basis using the software provided is mandatory. Similarly submission of expenses as per the policy should be adhered to. Tour plan should be submitted on 25th of every month for subsequent month. 16. Any other official work as may be assigned by manager or management. Preferred candidate profile University Graduate/Post Graduate in Science, Business Administration, or Marketing /2 year Diplomas Complete command of English with spoken, reading and writing skills. Knowledge of major regional language is an added advantage 2+ years in Sales from pharma or surgical or any sales industry Proficiency in English Perks and benefits Travel Allowance, Medical Allowance
