The company is a manufacturer and marketeer and has launched its pet food and pet wellness products. The products are first of its kind in India and would define new categories in the market. Role – Business Manager / Business Executives Right4Paws is inviting applications from ambitious and high energy individuals for the role of ‘Business Managers’ to drive the frontline sales. Job Description • Meet and Onboard Retailers / Veterinarians and Distributors • Secure periodic orders from Retailers / Veterinarians and Distributors and meet sales targets • Manage new sales opportunities through face-to-face meetings and provide response and guidance to queries and observations • Undertake on -ground activities for brand development and sales promotion • Coordinate with Retailers / Veterinarians and Distributors vet and avoid any discontinuation • Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services. • Administer all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines to secure the orders. • Follow company processes and procedures. • Submit daily/weekly reports • Address issues of Retailers / Veterinarians and Distributors and report the same to company • Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and give them the best possible service. • Analyze on ground trends and study competition and report the same to company. Key Competencies • Customer Service - take care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met. • Target Driven - working to meet and exceed personal and team goals. • Communication - Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to customers in a manner that engages, helps them understand and influences them to action and a decision. • Organising - Establishing ways to ensure that your work is completed effectively and efficiently. • Team Focus - Actively participate within team to help team achieve collective goals. Requirements • Previous pet industry / FMCG experience will be given preference • Excellent communication skills. • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and consistent with customer follow-up. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as independently. • Experience with high-value sales is a plus. • Being an animal lover is a plus. Qualification Any graduate/post graduate or Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) graduate with 2-5 years of experience
