Details below : Who is this role for?You have at least 3 years of experience in finance, MIS, or business finance.You’re a pro at Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros—bring it on!).You have a strong grasp of financial statements, accounting principles, and business metrics.You enjoy budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to help a company grow.You’re great at cross-functional collaboration and can work with teams like marketing &operations.You believe in cost control, process improvement, and automation to improve financial efficiency.You’re comfortable with Tally and can manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and audits.You want to be part of a fast-growing brand with a purpose-driven mission. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & MIS – Prepare and analyze monthly reports, financial statements, anddashboards.Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist in financial planning to support strategic decisions.Expense & Cost Control – Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.Reconciliation & Compliance – Perform reconciliations and assist in audits.Vendor & Payment Management – Oversee vendor payments and invoice tracking.Process Improvement – Identify automation & efficiency opportunities.Collaboration – Work with different teams to ensure financial transparency.
