About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Business Finance Partner to support the Sales Business Finance Team . This role will involve financial planning, sales performance monitoring, revenue forecasting, and expense management to drive business growth and profitability. You will act as a key interface between the sales and finance teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Planning Assist in planning, budgeting, and forecasting sales revenue in alignment with business goals. Sales Performance Analysis Track key sales KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights to optimize business performance. Financial Reporting & Decision Support – Prepare and analyze MIS reports, revenue forecasts, and financial presentations for leadership. Expense & Profitability Management – Monitor variances, control costs, and recommend corrective actions to improve P&L. Process Improvements & Automation – Drive efficiency in financial reporting through automation and data standardization. Required Qualifications & Skills: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute. 2-4 years of experience in sales finance, FP&A, or business finance . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in MS Excel & PowerPoint . Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and finance teams.
