Role Overview: We’re seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Growth Manager Intern to support our user acquisition, worker onboarding, and brand activation efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about startups, strategy, partnerships, and execution in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in strategizing and executing initiatives to onboard gig workers (maids, cooks, caregivers) and increase platform supply. Identify and collaborate with local communities, RWAs, apartment groups, and offline aggregators to boost user reach. Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and on-ground, targeting workers and clients. Monitor and optimize referral programs, loyalty initiatives, and promotional offers. Research competitor activities, pricing, and strategies to support business planning. Analyze growth data and generate weekly reports on performance metrics. Act as a field representative when needed for events, activations, or partnerships. Who You Are: MBA/BBA/Graduate student (or recent graduate) with a strong interest in business strategy and growth. Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skills. Comfortable with field work, networking, and ground activations. Self-starter with problem-solving attitude and high ownership. Familiarity with digital tools: Excel, Google Workspace, Canva, CRM tools, etc. Prior internship or experience in startups, consumer tech, or marketplaces is a plus.
