The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets for residential and commercial real estate projects Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
