Job Title: Regional Business Head – Mumbai Location: Mumbai, India Department: Sales & Distribution Industry: Alcoholic Beverages (Alcobev) Reporting To: National Sales Head / Business Director Experience Required: 10+ years in Alcobev/FMCG sales, with leadership experience in a regional role About the Company: We are a fast-growing player in the Alcobev industry, with a diverse portfolio of premium and mass-market products. With innovation at our core, we aim to redefine consumer experiences and expand our footprint across key markets. We're looking for a dynamic Regional Business Head to drive business growth in the Mumbai region. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with national goals. Drive volume growth, market share, and profitability across Mumbai. Lead planning and execution of annual operating plans (AOPs) and monthly sales forecasts. Market & Channel Development: Manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, on-trade, and off-trade partners. Expand and strengthen channel partnerships across modern trade, traditional trade, and HoReCa. Ensure availability, visibility, and activation of brands across all touchpoints. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing regional sales and trade marketing team. Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics. Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer-centricity. Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all local laws and excise regulations. Maintain strong relationships with regulatory and government authorities. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies. Provide regular market feedback and data-driven insights to the leadership team. Leverage analytics to optimize pricing, distribution, and ROI. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in Alcobev, FMCG, or lifestyle brands, with proven success in sales leadership roles. In-depth understanding of the Mumbai market, consumer behavior, and trade dynamics. Strong network within the Alcobev ecosystem (distributors, trade partners, regulatory bodies).
