We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our company as the Business Head. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with potential customers to introduce our products/services and present their value propositions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by effectively demonstrating product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective customers. Continuously update and maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities. Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop sales strategies and contribute to the overall sales goals of the organization. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Participate in sales training programs and continuously enhance product knowledge and selling techniques. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers. Energetic and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales role. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to work in a dynamic sales environment. 10. Freshers with internship or part-time sales experience will be an added advantage.
