Description We are hiring for Business Head for our client who has a group of companies having 10 plus different domains and 1000 plus employees. Looking for a consultant who has done CA with a preferred experience in Oil/Gas or Retail Domain or have managed group of companies. Responsibilities Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for the business unit. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Skills and Qualifications 20-25 years of experience in business management or a related field. Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing large teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels. Experience in financial management and budgeting processes. Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques. Familiarity with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
