Role: Business HR Head (Corporate and Plant) Report to -Business Head Work Location-Pune CTC- As per industry standards Roles & Responsibilities- To facilitate the effective execution and oversight of Human Resource Development (HRD) initiatives, encompassing Recruitment, Selection & Induction, Performance Management, and Training & Development, the aim is to foster a culture focused on performance and to cultivate a skilled workforce for the Plant. Lead the performance management process and foster a culture of excellence within the plant. Supervise all training and development programs at the plant in collaboration with the team. Facilitate the manpower planning process at the plant and ensure compliance with the established plan following its finalization. Ensure that all stages of the Performance Appraisal Process are completed promptly. Desired profile- Candidate with 15-20 years of experience in HR handling Talent acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, PMS, C&B, Payroll etc. Proficient in executing HRD initiatives within a comparable industry. Hands on experience with HRMS systems and digital platforms. Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements at the plant level. Exposure to GPTW or any other HR certifications Familiarity with Human Resource Development systems and processes, including but not limited to performance management, training and development, recruitment, and employee induction. MBA/PG Diploma in HR or Personnel Management
