Job Description

Customer & Competitor Insights Manager The Manager of Customer and Competitor Intelligence will play a critical role in developing and implementing systems for capturing and analyzing customer and competitor data. This position will involve creating tools to map and interpret the POC universe, performing in-depth competitor and consumer analysis, and leveraging insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Customer Intelligence: System Development: Build systems and tools to capture comprehensive POC data BI Tool Creation: Develop a real-time interactive BI tool to map the POC universe and corresponding data points, diagnosing and prescribing solutions to mitigate risks and identify growth opportunities in the short to mid-term. Methodology Oversight: Define the ideal methodology for data collection and analytic work plans, ensuring comprehensive data support for business needs. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance processes to gather customer insights and optimize operational efficiencies. Competitor & Consumer Intelligence: Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis, covering market share, product offerings, pricing, distribution, marketing, and innovation strategies. Market Data Analysis: Collect and analyze market data, consumer trends, and industry reports to identify opportunities and risks. Database Management: Develop and maintain a competitor intelligence database to track key activities and market developments. Consumer Insights: Integrate consumer perspectives into decision-making by executing market analysis and research to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Reporting: Provide regular competitor intelligence reports, alerts, and presentations to stakeholders. Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, market research, and emerging technologies to maintain expertise. Data Translation and Business Storytelling: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to simplify complex datasets into actionable insights. Craft compelling narratives that highlight key market trends and opportunities, enabling decision-makers to act with confidence Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in business, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field from Tier-1 colleges is preferred Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, market research, or a related field with a strong focus on customer and competitor intelligence. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and statistical software. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to apply statistical techniques, identify trends, and derive actionable insights from complex data sets. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights effectively to stakeholders. Collaborative Mindset: Experience working with cross-functional teams and integrating insights into business strategies. Data Validation: Conduct thorough data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy
