Job Title: Apple Business Manager Location: [Bangalore / Hyderabad, India] Department: Sales – Enterprise Solutions Reports to: Director – Sales Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Apple Business Manager to lead and scale our Apple business across enterprise and public sector segments. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by developing OEM relationships, managing customer engagements, and leading a team of sales professionals focused on Apple’s end-user computing (EUC) offerings, including Mac, iPad, and associated services. Key Responsibilities: Business Ownership & P&L: Own and drive the Apple business P&L across assigned regions or segments. Create and execute GTM strategies aligned with Apple’s priorities and our enterprise sales goals. Sales Leadership: Lead a team of direct sales representatives and drive Apple-focused sales motions across enterprise and public sector customers. Build joint account plans with the sales team to expand Apple footprint in key accounts. OEM & Alliance Management: Serve as the primary interface between our organization and Apple India. Manage certifications, quarterly business reviews, and marketing development fund (MDF) utilization with Apple. Customer Engagement: Engage directly with key customers to identify opportunities, run consultative discussions, and evangelize Apple’s value proposition. Ensure high-quality pipeline creation and deal closures through strategic engagements and structured follow-ups. Program Management: Drive Apple SEED/DEP registrations, deal registrations, and training initiatives. Coordinate with pre-sales, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution. Market Development: Identify and nurture new segments and verticals where Apple solutions can create impact. Run marketing campaigns and partner-led events to build brand and pipeline. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years managing or selling Apple or EUC products. Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive business outcomes. Strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem Excellent relationship-building skills – both with OEM partners and enterprise customers. Experience in working with or within SI/channel ecosystem preferred. High accountability, business acumen, and leadership maturity. Show more Show less
