We're hiring: Business Manager – AquaCentric Therapy (Mumbai) AquaCentric is India’s leading center for integrated land & aqua physiotherapy. We're looking for a Business Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experience at our therapy centers. What you'll do:Oversee daily operations, team performance, and center efficiencyDrive monthly revenue targets and manage P&LLead center staff across customer care, therapy, and support functionsOversee center teams, manage marketing initiatives, and build strong doctor and partner networks.Champion a patient-first experienceSupport marketing and new initiativesYou should have:3-7 years in operations/business roles (healthcare/wellness preferred)Strong people management & problem-solving skillsA passion for healthcare and service excellence📍 Location: Mumbai
