Job Description

Responsibilities: Operational Management: Support in managing daily business activities, making certain that processes run smoothly and effectively across different departments. Project Oversight: Work with senior management to plan, manage and monitor projects, making sure that timelines are adhered to and resources are appropriately distributed. Identify potential bottle-necks and escalate deviation from plan to ensure timely intervention. Communication Facilitation: Serve as a liaison between the COO and various departments, ensuring that business priorities and initiatives are aligned and operational objectives are achieved. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analysis related to business performance, operational KPIs, and ongoing projects for the COO and senior leadership team. Vendor and Partner Management: Support the management of relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring adherence to contracts and the prompt provision of services. Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3-6 years of experience in an executive assistant, business operations, or project management role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A keen eye for detail in both administrative and operational tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
