We do have openings for Business Operations Role - Associate and Sr Associate in FoodHub Roles and Responsibilities Manage client onboarding process from lead generation to contract signing. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of outbound calling campaigns. Ensure timely completion of tasks related to international voice processing, including data entry and documentation. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries via phone calls. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients over phone calls. Experience in handling Outbound Calls. Proficiency in handling multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
