Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and strategic Business Operations Executive to oversee and optimize end-to-end operations, customer service escalations, vendor management, data integrity, and process improvements. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and scalable business growth across both digital products and services. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Escalation Management Lead the resolution of customer escalations across various communication channels. Implement proactive strategies to reduce escalations and improve first-contact resolution rates. Database & Information Management Ensure accurate, secure, and accessible maintenance of operational databases. Uphold data integrity for internal and external stakeholders. Transactional Process Optimization Manage and optimize end-to-end processes for digital product and service purchases. Identify and implement improvements to enhance customer experience and conversion rates. Strategic Process Improvement Conduct process audits and identify operational inefficiencies. Lead cross-functional teams to redesign workflows for better productivity and scalability. Monitor and implement continuous process improvement strategies. Build and manage strong relationships with vendors and service partners. Negotiate contracts, oversee compliance, and manage renewals. Continuously evaluate partnerships to ensure alignment with business goals. Data Analysis & Reporting Collaborate with data teams to translate operational data into actionable insights. Prepare and present strategic reports to senior management. Risk Management & Compliance Identify and mitigate operational risks. Develop risk management protocols and business continuity plans. Business & Product Research Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform operational and strategic decisions. Financial Operations Oversee payment reconciliation processes. Manage subscription, licensing, and billing workflows. Monitor and maintain payment dashboards. Logistics & Fulfillment Management Manage logistics for both digital and physical product delivery, ensuring timelines and service levels are met. Candidate Profile Proven experience (1+ years) in operations, process management, or business excellence roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficient in database management, and reporting tools. Exposure to health & wellness or Ayurveda domain is a plus but not mandatory.
