Dear Candidates, We are hiring for Business Process Associate (Voice Process) Process: Bank Inbound Voice (Customer Support) Languages: English & Hindi (Regional Language Optional) Work Schedule: 6 Days, 1 rotational week off Transport: 2-way cab (up to 35 KM radius, nodal pickup & drop) Education: 12th Pass / Any Degree | Freshers SVAR Score: 50 & above (language proficiency) Position Summary Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Leverage product knowledge and strong communication skills to support and retain customers. Cross-sell products/services effectively while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence. Duties and Responsibilities Clarify and address customer inquiries by researching, locating, and providing accurate information. Resolve customer issues by exploring solutions, implementing them, and escalating unresolved problems as needed. Fulfill requests efficiently, complete transactions, and utilize cross-selling techniques to promote products/services.
