Job Description Requirement: We are looking for candidates who have experience in Tele-calling either in UK/US with hands on experience in computers and Ms-Office. Position : Business Process Executive - Tele-calling Preferred : Male candidates Job Process and Details of Work: 1. Taking inbound calls, chiefly, payments and enquiry calls from our customers (tenant). 2. Basic non-voice back office paper work with reference to updating claims to and information of customers. 3. A UK shift pattern covering calls from 12.30 am to 9.00 pm Indian time, Monday to Friday. 4. No sales targets or measures on number of calls per day or paperwork completed. 5. Main requirement is on the accuracy of the information provided to our callers and the accuracy of paperwork completion. Desired Candidate Profile: The candidate should have a clear telephone voice and above all must be able to understand UK accents over the phone. Knowledge: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Good understanding of the BPO industry (outbound/inbound or both) Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken, written and listening skills) Ability to work on own initiative making informed decisions within area of responsibility Age Limit: Not more than 30 years Salary: Around Rs. 4,00,000 per annum (negotiable depending on the candidate's experience and profile) Company Profile : Compton Enterprises Private Limited , Chennai, a fully owned subsidiary of Compton Group, which is based in Swansea UK.
