Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain process flow charts, analyze inefficiencies, and implement improvements. Assist in process implementations, manage small to medium-sized projects, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Oversee new resource onboarding, conduct on-the-job training, and design training programs based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Ensure adherence to business rules, perform root cause analysis, and monitor process efficiency. Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for process mapping, data analysis, and quality reporting. Stay updated with industry trends, suggest process optimizations, and support automation initiatives. Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of experience in process management, training, or project coordination. Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiarity with Agile methodologies . Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
