Role & responsibilities Work you'll do You shall work in an environment that is always on the move. This team is the front line in providing the outside world the experience of the Deloitte brand. You will work closely with our recruiters, candidates, and businesses. Elements of your daily routine will include: Works together with the recruiters to facilitate the experienced hire/campus hire recruiting process. Interacts directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling different phases of the interview process. Maintain the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work within time constraints. Utilize organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as with a remote team. Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills. Support recruiting and hiring lifecycle operations, to schedule/coordinate candidate interviews, candidate management/tracking, compliance review. Plan and schedule In-person or Virtual interviews. Includes contacting hiring managers, interviewers and candidates, schedule creation, space procurement, candidate travel, etc. Perform other various administrative responsibilities related to recruiting. Utilize effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for candidates and hiring managers. Maintain data across multiple systems and steps in the process, for high volume of candidates and employees by updating Applicant Tracking Systems(Avature, ServiceNow or Success-Factors) on a timely basis until complete interview process is complete to ensure compliance. Manage high volume of active candidates within the recruiting lifecycle at any given time, providing high-quality candidate experiences while managing and reporting to client on candidate progress. Handle sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Generate ad-hoc recruiting reports through tools to track candidate status. Continue to own the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Any other task assigned in consensus with the respective lead. Shift Timings - 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST or 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST depending on business needs. Location of work: Hyderabad The Team , Our BRC team is part of the Talent Acquisition group. It provides support to the lateral hiring and campus hiring process across all functions of the US offices and works together with our Talent Business Recruiting teams, in managing end-to-end hiring activities for a candidate from interview to on-boarding Qualifications Required Graduate in any stream with equivalent knowledge & experience preferred. Strong communication skills (both verbal & written) Sound knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Power-point, Word, and Outlook) Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-pasted, multi-tasking environment. Strong competency in core professional skills, especially - attention to detail, responsiveness, follow through, flexibility, and initiative. Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and professionally. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the firm. Strong process support skills and knowledge of recruiting tools and technology is valuable. Preferred Experience in working with mid-size to large multinationals. Experience of 0-2 yearsin Talent Acquisition and (or) Interview Coordination roles Hands-on experience on Applicant Tracking Systems (Avature, ServiceNow, Success-Factors etc.)
