Job Description

Identify potential clients and markets for IT software services. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, delivery, and marketing teams, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution. Provide input on product/service development based on client feedback and market trends. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to stay updated on industry trends and expand the company s network. Actively participate in professional organizations related to IT and software services. Desired Specifications Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record in IT software services sales. Strong knowledge of the IT industry, software services, and emerging technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. This role is specific to APAC region and more specific towards Australia and hence its is mandatory to be willing to work as per the Australian time Zone.
