Location - DLF IT PARK, Ramapuram (Chennai - WFO) Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in handling premium customers. - Must have experience in Key Account Management - Strong Communication and Presentation Skills. - Complete experience in Outbound Voice. - Flexibility for Rotational Shifts and Week-offs. - Immediate Joining Availability. Responsibilities - Developing new and expanding existing Customer relationships by maximizing customers business by suggesting appropriate acquisition channels leveraging social media and other forms of marketing to maximize clients - customers reach. - Manage inbound and outbound calls. - Ensure quality of service is met as per organization guidelines. - Identify and assess customers needs to achieve customer satisfaction (CSAT) - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
