Roles & Responsibilities Store Management Opening and closing stock counting and reporting to the Branch Manager. Display the products to admire the customers. Customer Care Welcoming the customers and offering them beverages. Attending customers and explaining all the product lines. Getting feedback from the customers. Taking customer orders and giving regular updates to the customers regarding the orders. Making sure the customer gets a delighted experience. Sales Using Up-selling cross-selling techniques to convert the customers to buy. Interact with customers and know their needs. Understand the buying behavior, suggest the most appropriate product. Explain about the product with necessary information. Execute the promotional activities to drive the sales. Achieve daily and monthly sales & Gold Savings Plan targets. Coordinate with marketing team to support marketing activities like exhibitions, mela, canopy etc., Reporting Collecting customer data and reporting to the store manager. Every day meeting with the store manager to improve sales and suggest ideas to improve the same.
