Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyse and improve business processes in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. Use data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) to inform decisions. Create documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories) and support project management. Develop test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations. and regulations.
