JOB Title β SOX Audit BSA Position - 2 (Offshore Remote) Job Description We are seeking a seasoned SOX Audit Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in IT, Technology, or Hi-Tech consulting. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a deep understanding of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and SOD (Segregation of Duties) compliance. The candidate should be able to work collaboratively across functional teams to ensure the alignment of business requirements and compliance objectives. Mandatory Requirements: β Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT/Technology/Hi-Tech consulting with a functional focus. β Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator focused on SOX and SOD compliance. β Strong understanding of Salesforce security controls, data governance, and audit trails. β Experience in identifying and resolving SOD conflicts in user roles. β Deep understanding of SOX process flows, narratives, risk and control matrices related to business processes and IT systems. β Experience in conducting or participating in walkthroughs and audit meetings with process/control owners. β Ability to partner with Internal and External Audit teams to ensure IT controls meet audit expectations. β Basic knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) business processes. β Hands-on experience in Salesforce platform configuration including workflows, flows, and basic setup. β Strong documentation skills, including creating functional flow diagrams. β Ability to translate business requirements to technical teams. β Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β Self-starter with a high level of motivation and organization. Optional Requirements: β Salesforce Administrator Certification. β Prior experience supporting financial reporting platforms. β Familiarity with agile methodologies or project management practices. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES β Act as the primary liaison for SOX-related audits and compliance reviews within the Salesforce ecosystem. β Conduct risk assessments and support the design and implementation of compliance controls. β Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and analyze functional requirements. β Create comprehensive documentation including process flows, use cases, and control matrices. β Configure Salesforce platform to align with compliance and business needs. β Identify and remediate SOD conflicts in Salesforce user roles and permissions. β Work closely with audit teams to ensure control evidence and documentation are audit- ready. β Assist in preparing and executing SOX testing plans, walkthroughs, and risk assessments. β Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on compliance and audit progress. β Support training and awareness activities related to SOX and SOD compliance. QUALIFICATIONS β Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. β Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred). β Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams. β Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
